Change in 2020




This is supposed to be the year of clarity, as my pastor said; we often hear people saying, "I have 20/20 vision," which refers to having clear sight. Our conversation has been about "Change" and what I am doing to live my best, most authentic life. Our affirmation for this week is "What You Tolerate You Can't Change."


We are all living in times of change; all over the world, humanity is being challenged to change. Change how we think, live, and experience life. The COVID-19 virus has changed our very existence, now whether it is temporary or permanent, that remains to be seen. We are nowhere near knowing when the COVID-19 pandemic will end or how bad things will really get. But the world may never be the same again; after this experience. The pandemic is shaking up our healthcare, politics, business, culture, society, and our well-being.


As we embrace Change, this has also became an opportunity to make changes in our personal lives. We can now reflect on our lives and decide who and how we want to show up in the world. Life is made up of choices, some we regret, some we are proud of, and some that has hurt us. Everything in our lives is a reflection of a choice we have made. If you want different results, start making different choices. Here are some things to consider on your journey to change and becoming a better you.
